Beverage cooling with ice bars
Preparation:
Each ice bar needs the preparation of a 100 litre volume container filled up with bottles and stored in a cool place:
Execution:

2 hours before the event will start:
- Put on the gloves.
- Put the ice bar on the bottles.
- Crush the ice bar with the ice pick (not too small, size of tennis ball).
- Spread the ice pieces between the bottles.
- Do not add water or salt (causes too strong cooling and melting).
- Envelop the container in blankets.
